About This Opportunity
Under the direction of the immediate supervisor, creates and implements short-and-long term strategies to identify, cultivate, solicit and steward individual mid-level donors; oversees a variety of mid-level donor activities and communications to maximize the organization's resources effectively and efficiently while providing appropriate avenues for engaging and recruiting new donors; creates strategies to increase identified and potential donor support; prepares analysis of fundraising activities for development of cultivation and solicitation strategies; implements strategies to elevate midlevel donors where possible to major donor status, ensuring that all aspects of the donor database management system are used to maximize donor cultivation.

Physical Requirements And Working Conditions
Ability to meet attendance requirements. Ability to read, write and communicate in the English language effectively. Ability to work under the pressure of deadlines and time constraints. Ability and willingness to conduct all duties in accordance with the ministry of the organization and its Christian principles; conducts all communications and job duties with the highest level of professionalism. Duties are usually performed seated. Sitting may be relieved by brief or occasional periods of standing or walking. Limited amount of physical effort required associated with walking, standing, lifting, and carrying light objects (less than 25 lbs.) frequently.
Work may be performed in an office environment where there are little or no physical discomforts associated with changes in weather or discomforts associated with noise, dust, dirt, and the like but not limited to the office environment due to travel requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Cultivation, Solicitation, and Stewardship of Donors (100%)
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business administration, marketing, communication, liberal arts, or related field, and three years progressively responsible experience demonstrating a record of accomplishment in donor development, donor support or related, with prior donor management and donor database experience. Or Any equivalent combination of education, training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Valid State Driver’s License
- Certified Fund-Raising Executive (CFRE) preferred
