Hours/week: 35 hours per week
Exemption: Non-Exempt
Pay Range: $18.39 - $24.00 per hour
*starting pay varies depending on experience and qualifications*

QUALIFICATIONS
Education Requirements:
Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in the Social Services field required OR;
High School Degree with 2 years’ experience in the social services field
Work Experience:
1-year experience in the Social Services field
Other Qualifications:
- Familiar with principles of strength-based case management
- Working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
- Proven written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs
- Good problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of the local community and services provided
- Valid driver’s license and use of official vehicle may be required. Ability to travel as needed
- Bi-lingual, preferred
