Overview
Title: Front Desk Clerk
Location: Ladore Lodge and Conference Center, Waymart, PA
Reports To: Guest Experience Liaison
Availability: Immediate
Schedule: Part-Time, 25 hours per week, nights and weekends a must
Salary and Grade: $14.50-15.00 per hour; 73 Non-Exempt

Position Overview: The function of the Front Desk Clerk (FDC) is to manage the front desk duties with style and grace always, as well as serve as the agent of communication between guest needs and Ladore
Responsibilities
Description of Position:
- Greeting of guests and assist with registration as directed
- Assist with guest needs as needed with direction to proper department
- Presentation of bills to guests and collecting of invoice
- Support Person for sales office, as needed
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments
- Keep the front desk area neat and tidy at all times
- Alert Housekeeping or tidy up the lobby area when needed
- Perform related duties, as assigned

Qualifications
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED Equivalent.
- Good greeting and communication skills.
- Guest services experience.
- Ability to operate in what can be a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills.
- As a Mandated Reporter, must provide proof of having completed training on recognizing and reporting child abuse meeting the training standards of PA Act 153 of 2014 with recurrent training required every five years thereafter.
- Child Protection Clearances PA Act 153 requires that all prospective employees complete the following clearance and background checks prior to employment: PA Child Abuse History Clearance, PA State Police Criminal Record Check and FBI Criminal Record/Fingerprint Check. Meets the Child Protection Clearances required by PA Act 153 along with renewals every five years.
