Administrative Assistant
The Salvation Army Kroc Center
Part-Time | 25 hours per week | $17–$22 per hour

The Salvation Army Kroc Center is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide vital office and project support to staff, leadership, visitors, volunteers, and clients.

What You’ll Do
- Provide timely communication, follow-up, and administrative support to staff and leadership
- Welcome and assist visitors, volunteers, and clients with professionalism and care
- Manage incoming calls, email, mail, and general office communication
- Prepare, organize, copy, distribute, and file documents and correspondence
- Help maintain office supply and equipment inventory and place orders as needed
- Support projects and day-to-day office operations with accuracy and efficiency
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
- Assist with other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associate degree preferred
- Two years of office or administrative experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet The Salvation Army driver qualifications
- Must complete Safe From Harm and CPR training within the first 30 days of employment
- Background check required
Work Environment
This position works primarily in an office setting and may require standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
