Position Summary
The Production Manager will oversee the day-to-day work-flow of jobs currently in production to ensure jobs are moved from beginning to completion timely and efficiently.
Essential Job Functions
- Establishes quantitative and qualitative metrics, guidelines, and standards by which the company’s production efficiencies and effectiveness can be evaluated; identifies opportunities for improvement.
- Recommends policies and procedures that will improve day-to-day operations.
- Plans, implements, evaluates, and monitors processes to ensure forecasts are achieved. Communicates and explains new directives, policies, or procedures to staff; answers questions, and maintain morale.
- Leads coordination and integration of efforts among multiple departments to produce smoother workflow and more cost-effective business processes.
- Projects a positive image of the organization to employees and our clients.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Extensive and diversified business processes background with a strong ability to mange and drive performance.
- Proficiency in data analysis.

- Ability to build strong relationships with various stakeholders at all levels.
- Professional presence, strong work ethic and ability to under pressure.
- Project management skills.
- Salesforce experience preferred.
