Job Summary
We are seeking an organized and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our upscale salon on Saturday's!
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Manage incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate personnel or taking messages as necessary.
- Maintain an organized front desk area.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members as needed.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist with clerical tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Experience
- Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred but not mandatory, we will train.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with clients and team members.
- Experience in customer support or administrative roles will be considered an asset.
