Key responsibilities include answering phones, scheduling appointments, greeting clients, maintaining stylists/colorists schedules, while ensuring that each client has a quality salon experience. Ideal candidates must have strong customer service and communication skills, positive and professional attitude, strong organizational skills, and be able to multi-task.
