Role Description
We are looking for a dedicated culinary professional to support kitchen operations and contribute to a high-quality dining experience. This role offer a unique work-life balance, as The Club operates dinner service only during scheduled events, with much of the work occurring during standard business hours. This is a full-time, on-site role based in St. Louis, MO.
Qualifications
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and be able to lift 30 pounds
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Culinary degree or certifications preferred, but not required
- Demonstrated leadership ability to train/manage kitchen staff
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques, menu planning, and cost control
- Strong inventory management skills
- Proficiency in food safety regulations
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
