A restaurant group in Asheville, NC is looking for a great Executive Chef to oversee two of their restaurants!
Requirements:
- 6 years of culinary leadership experience within scratch kitchen restaurant operations.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience with seasonal, scratch kitchens and locally sourced ingredients preferred.
- Proven ability to manage food and labor costs while maintaining high culinary standards.
- Culinary Degree highly preferred.
- Oversee all day-to-day culinary operations for both restaurant locations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop BOH management teams, chefs, and line staff while fostering a positive and accountable culture.
- Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, sanitation, and execution across both concepts.
- Collaborate with ownership and leadership teams on seasonal menu development, specials, and culinary innovation.
Salary : $85,000 - $90,000
