Help Write the Brand That Defines the Future of Food.
We're hiring a Copywriter to work across sales, internal communications, social, and brand. You'll write a lot, learn fast, and sharpen your craft inside a team building a category-defining voice from the ground up. This is a high-volume, high-growth role for a writer early in their career who wants reps that matter.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Write Across the Brand
- Draft copy for sales materials, one-pagers, pitch decks, and customer-facing collateral
- Write and adapt social content — captions, community responses, short-form scripts — in our voice
- Support internal communications: company announcements, culture content, recruiting copy, and team updates
- Contribute to brand campaigns, web copy, packaging, and experiential projects as needed
Protect and Practice the Voice
- Learn our brand voice deeply and apply it consistently across every touchpoint
- Make complex science feel simple, human, and approachable
- Proof, edit, and fact-check copy across teams to keep quality high
Support a Modern Creative Engine
- Partner with designers, marketers, and sales to turn briefs into finished work quickly
- Use AI tools thoughtfully for ideation, iteration, and production — and help test how they extend the brand voice
- Keep projects organized: manage versions, deadlines, and feedback rounds across multiple workstreams
Grow
- Take direction and feedback well — and apply it to the next draft
- Build toward ownership of channels and campaigns over time
Ideal Background
Education: Bachelor’s degree in communications, English, Advertising, Journalism, or related field preferred.
Experience:
- 1–3 years of copywriting experience (agency, brand, in-house, or strong internship/portfolio work)
- A portfolio that shows range — you can write a punchy caption and a clear sales one-pager
- Comfortable writing across formats and switching contexts quickly
- Strong grammar, attention to detail, and an instinct for clarity
- Curious about AI as a creative tool
- Receptive to feedback and hungry to improve
- Excited about food, science, sustainability, or culture-shaping brands
