What You’ll Do
➢ Lead & Support the Team: Supervise and guide technicians, ensuring they have clear direction, proper training, and the support needed to complete repairs safely and accurately.
➢ Manage Daily Workflow: Assign jobs, balance workloads, and oversee production to ensure timely, high-quality repairs.
➢ Oversee Quality Control: Conduct inspections on completed work, confirm proper repair procedures, and uphold The RV Shop’s “10 out of 10 or we do it again” standard.
➢ Assist With Technical Diagnostics: Help troubleshoot complex electrical, plumbing, HVAC, hydraulic, or structural issues when needed.
➢ Maintain Safety and Organization: Enforce safety procedures and maintain a clean, efficient work environment.
➢ Support Continuous Improvement: Identify recurring issues, recommend process improvements, and help develop training to elevate technician skill levels.
➢ Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with Service Advisors, Parts, and Management to ensure smooth communication, accurate timelines, and customer satisfaction.
➢ Represent the Brand: Interact professionally with customers, vendors, and team members, reflecting The RV Shop’s commitment to hospitality and excellence.
Who You Are
➢ A skilled technician or supervisor with hands-on repair experience in RV, trailer, automotive, marine, or similar technical fields.
➢ A confident leader with strong communication and decision-making skills.
➢ Detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and committed to high-quality workmanship.
➢ A team-focused professional who can manage multiple priorities under pressure.
➢ Someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, leadership, and customer satisfaction.
➢ Experience in shop management, workflow coordination, or team leadership is a strong plus.
➢ RVIA certification or advanced technical experience is beneficial.
