The Rush Inn Bar & Grille is looking for an experienced Night Kitchen Manager to join our team!
We’re seeking a dependable, hardworking leader to work closely with our Head Kitchen Manager and help keep our kitchen running smoothly during evening operations.
Position Responsibilities:
- Oversee nightly kitchen operations and staff
- Work directly with the Head Kitchen Manager to ensure smooth service
- Responsible for closing the kitchen 5 nights per week
- Maintain high food quality and consistency standards
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness, organization, and sanitation compliance
- Assist with line cooking and food prep as needed
- Help maintain a clean, efficient, and team-focused work environment
Qualifications:
✔ Strong cooking experience required
✔ Excellent cleaning and kitchen organization skills
✔ Leadership experience in a fast-paced kitchen preferred
✔ Dependable, punctual, and able to manage closing responsibilities independently
✔ Professional references required
✔ Ability to thrive under pressure in a high-volume environment
