Glass Installer / Glazier

Full-time | Hourly pay, based on experience and skills
The Royal Group is a third-generation Vermont company. We still do the glass work we started with in 1935 — commercial storefronts, curtain wall, custom glass, doors, showers, railings, and service work — alongside our security and fire divisions.
What you’ll do
- Install, replace, and service commercial and residential glass and related systems
- Work with hand and power tools, ladders, and glass handling equipment
- Read drawings/work orders, measure, cut, fit, seal, and finish installations
- Keep jobs clean, documented, and on schedule
- Work as part of a small crew and represent the company in a first-class manner on job sites
What you need
- Hands-on construction or glass/glazing experience (carpentry background welcome if you’re skilled with tools)
- Comfortable on ladders and on your feet all day
- Able to lift at least 100 lbs
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record
- Able to pass a criminal background check
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Reliable, consistent, and always on time
- Team player who takes ownership when something goes wrong
