Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and energetic Carpenter/Craftsman to join our dynamic construction and restoration team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of carpentry and fabrication projects, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship across residential, commercial, and restoration sites. Your expertise will help bring architectural visions to life, restore properties after damage, and contribute to the creation of durable, functional structures. Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute projects.
• Perform framing, trim carpentry, door hanging, cabinet installation, and siding work with precision.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, equipment to cut, shape, assemble, and install various materials.
• Install fixtures such as doors, windows, moldings, stucco finishes, and water damage restoration components.
• Conduct heavy lifting safely while maintaining adherence to safety protocols on construction sites.
• Assist with remodeling projects including flooring installation, electrical wiring (where qualified), plumbing rough-ins, and plastering.
• Read schematics and technical instructions to ensure accurate installation of systems like rebar placement or HVAC fixtures.
• Support restoration efforts by performing water damage remediation, mold remediation, caulking, and general handyman tasks.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction estimating, framing carpentry, trim carpentry, and general construction site work.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and fabrication techniques.
• Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and schematics for various construction disciplines.
• Experience with concrete forming, masonry work (including rebar installation), roofing systems, siding installation, and drywall finishing.
• Familiarity with water damage restoration processes and mold remediation is a plus.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in diverse environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail in restoration or remodeling projects.
• Valid experience in the restoration industry or related fields such as manufacturing or remodeling is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of electrical systems or plumbing is advantageous but not mandatory; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately. Pay: $25.63 - $30.87 per hour
