What You’ll Do

- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence

- Organize and maintain case files

- Communicate with clients to gather information and provide updates

- Coordinate hearings, mediations, and depositions

- Prepare attorneys for court appearances and trials

- Review financial documents and other case evidence

- Keep cases moving efficiently from beginning to resolution

What We’re Looking For

- Paralegal experience or paralegal certificate required (family law experience is a plus)

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong organizational and time management abilities

- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment

- Professional, compassionate, and dependable

- Comfortable learning new technology and software

- A team player who enjoys collaborating with others
