Family Law Paralegal
The Rose Law Firm is seeking an organized, compassionate, and detail-oriented Family Law Paralegal to join our growing team.
Family law is not easy. Our clients are often facing some of the most difficult moments of their lives—divorce, custody disputes, child support issues, and major life transitions. We are looking for someone who is professional, empathetic, and able to provide steady support while helping clients navigate these challenges.

Responsibilities
- Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence
- Organize and maintain client files and case management systems
- Communicate with clients regarding case status and required documents
- Coordinate hearings, mediations, depositions, and court deadlines
- Assist attorneys with trial preparation
- Manage discovery responses and document production
- Maintain calendars and ensure deadlines are met
Qualifications
- Prior paralegal experience preferred; family law experience is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Empathetic, professional, and emotionally resilient
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
