We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatcher to be the first point of contact for customers and ensure smooth communication between our clients, sales reps, and field teams. Your primary role will be to handle inbound and outbound customer communications, manage follow-ups, and ensure seamless coordination between departments.

Key Responsibilities
✅ Customer Communication & Follow-Ups:
- Answer inbound calls from homeowners, property managers, and leads.
- Provide general information on roofing services and company processes.
- Ensure every customer inquiry is logged and directed to the correct team.
- Follow up with customers regarding project updates, service inquiries, or additional needs.
✅ Lead & Proposal Follow-Ups:
- Proactively reach out to customers who have received quotes but haven’t made a decision.
- Gather feedback on proposals and address any questions or concerns.
- Keep sales reps updated on the status of their leads and pending deals.
✅ Post-Job Customer Check-Ins & Reviews:
- Call homeowners after job completion to ensure satisfaction.
- Address any minor concerns before they escalate.
- Request reviews/testimonials from satisfied clients and guide them to leave feedback on Google, Yelp, or social media.
✅ Quality Control & Communication Hub:
- Keep track of active jobs and notify the appropriate teams of any client concerns.
- Ensure sales reps and managers are aware of customer needs or urgent issues.
- Relay important customer feedback to management for process improvements.
✅ Warranty & Service Requests:
- Handle all warranty claims or service requests, ensuring they are logged and directed to the correct team for resolution.
- Keep customers informed on the status of their claims and follow up as needed.
What We’re Looking For
✅ Strong Communication Skills: You must be able to handle customer concerns professionally and confidently.
✅ Highly Organized: Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow-ups, and customer interactions without losing track.
✅ Problem-Solver: Ability to de-escalate situations and offer solutions when customers have concerns.
✅ CRM Experience (Preferred): Familiarity with JobNimbus or similar software is a plus.
✅ Customer Service Background: Prior experience in customer service, call centers, or a similar role is highly preferred.
✅ Reliable & Self-Motivated: You take initiative, don’t need constant supervision, and get things done.
