DISPATCHING RESPONSIBILITIES:
- CONTACT DRIVER (INSTRUCT DRIVER ON WHICH EQUIPMENT TO USE AND WHERE TO PARK)
- CONTACT TECH (LIST ALL ORDERS AND SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS)
- CONTACT GENERATOR DRIVER (INSTRUCT DRIVER ON WHICH EQUIPMENT TO USE AND WHERE TO PARK)
- CONTACT SECURITY TO CLEAR PARKING
- CONTACT RADIOLOGY WITH ETA
- CONTACT NURSE TO GIVE CONTRAST / ETA / MEDICATION
- MONITOR GPS
- CLEAR MRI ORDER FOR NO FERROMAGNETIC DEVICES / IMPLANTS / WEIGHT AND WIDTH
- CONTACT RESPIRATORY FOR MRI PATIENTS WITH VENT
- INPUT ALL INFORMATION ON DCL (INVOICE NUMBER, TIMES OF ARRIVAL, DELAYS, SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS, NPO TIME, MEDICATION REQUIRED, TYPES OF CONTRAST, HOSPITAL CONTACT, SECURITY, DEPARTURE TIME)
- COORDINATE SWING SHIFT EMPLOYEES – COMMUNICATE LOCATIONS TO MEET AND PERTINENT INFORMATION
- COORDINATE EVENTUAL CHANGES WITH ALL INVOLVED (CANCELLATIONS, DELAYS, ETA TIMES)
Requirements:
· Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen;
· Must be able to provide friendly professional service
· Must comply with company requirements
· Must possess excellent communication skills and follow instructions as provided.
Full Time - 8hr shifts / 5 days a week - Mondays to Fridays - from 2:30 pm to 11 pm (swing shift)
Must be flexible with schedule
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
