St. Louise de Marillac School is seeking a 7th grade homeroom teacher and junior high science and social studies teacher for sixth, seventh and eighth grades.
The candidate should be a practicing Catholic who is a positive role model. In addition, the candidate should be comfortable with the content area. Responsibilities include the preparation and implementation of lessons aligned with grade level standards, providing feedback through formative and summative assessments, and participation in school life. The candidate should also possess strong communication skills to create a good rapport with students and parents and collaborate with fellow teachers, especially the junior high team.

Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts – Science/Social Studies
- Teaching Credential or units toward a credential
- Minimum of two years teaching experience
- VIRTUS Training/Fingerprinting
Wage Range
The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
