Middle school math teacher: create curriculum maps and lessons and provide class instruction for 6th, 7th, and 8th grade math students. 8th grade homeroom teacher: create curriculum maps and lessons and instruct 8th grade reading and writing, communicate with 8th grade parents and facilitate 8th grade field trips and graduation events.
Requirements
Must have a BA or BS, multiple subject or single subject math credential preferred. Previous teaching experience required. Must be an excellent communicator with students, families, coworkers and administration. Seeking a teacher with deep pedagogical content knowledge who can integrate biblical principals and foster a Christ centered classroom.
Wage Range
The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
