Probate Paralegal - Contested & Uncontested

The Probate Paralegal is at the heart of moving our probate cases forward, working alongside attorneys on everything from smooth, uncontested estates to complex probate disputes. This role offers a mix of routine and high-stakes work, perfect for someone who enjoys variety and problem-solving. It calls for strong probate know-how, sharp attention to deadlines, and the ability to keep a busy caseload running efficiently.
