The Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our construction law practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to work on sophisticated construction matters alongside a seasoned team, with a clear path for professional growth and reward for strong performance.
What You'll Do
- Represent clients in construction-related litigation, arbitration, and transactional matters
- Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts and related agreements
- Advise clients on lien law, bond claims, and construction defect issues
- Manage a caseload with support from an experienced firm team
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3–5 years of legal experience (construction law experience preferred)
- Active Florida Bar membership in good standing
- Strong research, writing, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
- A collaborative, client-focused approach to practicing law
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $110,000–$140,000, commensurate with experience
- Bonus opportunities available after minimum billing requirements are met
- Billing requirement: 1,320 hours annually (110 hours/month)
