Position Summary
The Front Desk Office Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for tenants, visitors, and vendors in a multi-tenant building. This role ensures smooth daily operations at the front desk while supporting administrative, facilities coordination, and basic accounting functions. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Tenant Relations
- Greet and assist tenants, guests, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
- Manage building access, visitor logs, and package handling
Administrative Support
- Maintain organized records, files, and documentation
- Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and general office tasks
- Order and manage office and building supplies as needed

Accounting & Reporting Support
- Assist with monthly tracking tasks for the accounting department (e.g., invoices, expense logs, tenant bill backs)
- Maintain and update spreadsheets and tracking reports
- Support data entry and documentation for accounts payable/receivable processes
- Coordinate with accounting team to ensure timely and accurate reporting
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1–3 years of administrative or front desk experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Compensation & Benefits
-$22-26 per hour DOE
-Medical, Dental and Vision. PTO and Sick Pay. 401K.
