Duties
- Monday - Thursday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. w/hour off for lunch
- Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, ensuring a positive first impression
- Manage multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries efficiently and professionally
- Schedule appointments, coordinate calendars, and assist with calendar management tasks
- Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence with attention to detail, proofreading documents as needed
- Support office management by organizing supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and overseeing clerical tasks
- Provide exceptional customer support through friendly communication and effective problem-solving
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while delivering excellent administrative support
Experience
- Proven office experience or administrative experience in a busy environment
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency
- Experience handling multi-line phone systems and practicing professional phone etiquette
- Bilingual abilities are preferred and highly valued to serve diverse client needs effectively
- Familiarity with clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, proofreading, and calendar management
- Knowledge of medical or dental receptionist duties is a plus but not required
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively
