Dietary Aide
Responsibilities:
- Performs proper setting of trays and tables; serves resident meals in the dining room and delivers trays to resident's rooms
- Performs dishwashing/cleaning procedures. Assures that utensils, plates, cups, etc. are readily available for next meal
- Follows safety regulations and precautions at all times
- Assists in daily or scheduled cleaning duties, in accordance with established policies and procedures

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent, required
- Knowledge of cooking procedures and methods of grilling, baking and boiling
- One (1) year experience as line cook preferred
- Experience with therapeutic diets, preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
