Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services by welcoming attendees and assisting with inquiries.
- Support catering operations, including food service and beverage management.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down event spaces, ensuring all areas are clean and organized.
- Engage with guests to enhance their experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth event execution, including bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness.
- Help with bartending duties as needed, ensuring compliance with all safety and health regulations.
- Foster positive guest relations through effective communication and a friendly demeanor.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, catering, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
- Knowledge of food service practices and safety standards is a plus.
- A proactive attitude towards helping others and providing excellent service.
- Experience in bartending or coffee service is advantageous but not mandatory.
