• Lead from the floor with daily Gemba walks, real-time coaching, and visible accountability.
• Drive Lean: facilitate Kaizen events, implement visual management, and reduce waste to improve flow and product quality.
• Manage production schedules and staffing to consistently meet delivery commitments.
• Monitor safety, quality, productivity, and cost metrics; take swift corrective action when performance slips.
• Partner with HR/recruiting to maintain headcount and resolve attendance/performance issues.
• Develop your team through feedback, recognition, and constructive performance management.
• Embed a proactive safety culture with audits, training, and daily reinforcement; ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.

• 3–5 years of manufacturing leadership experience; Lean/CI experience strongly preferred.
• Track record of visible, hands-on leadership and balancing people engagement with process rigor.
• Analytical problem-solver with strong organization and a data-first mindset.
• Comfortable using KPIs to drive sustained performance improvement.
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on setting.
