Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the South territory to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and market research
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and technical presentations to healthcare professionals and decision-makers
- Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service, understanding client needs, and offering tailored solutions
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure mutually beneficial agreements

Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales within the medical or pharmaceutical industry, with a strong track record of achieving targets
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills to manage multiple accounts effectively
- Demonstrated ability in account management and outside sales activities with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Strong analysis skills for interpreting sales metrics and market insights to optimize performance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for reporting and presentations
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and influence stakeholders at various levels
