This role is an in-office position located in St. Petersburg, FL, and the Revenue Data Analyst must be able to reliably commute to and work in our St. Petersburg, FL office.

- Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies based on market conditions, demand fluctuations, and competitor performance.
- Assist with inventory management across all booking channels to maximize occupancy and revenue per available rental (RevPAR).
- Develop forecasts and set revenue targets for the short- and long-term, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Analyze booking data, market trends, and competitive benchmarks to identify opportunities for revenue optimization.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to enhance promotional efforts, seasonal pricing strategies, and yield management.
- Monitor and adjust strategies for different property types and markets, ensuring tailored approaches for each segment.
- Manage and report on key performance metrics, such as occupancy rates, average daily rates (ADR), and total revenue.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key external partners, including OTAs, property management systems, and distribution channels.
- Provide proactive pricing recommendations based on market and unit performance data.
- Additional duties as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in data analytics, statistics, economics, computer science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data management software, platforms, pricing tools, or other applicable programs.
- Familiarity with pricing concepts and competitor benchmarking.
- Ability to build pricing reports and dashboards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to learn new software quickly
