About The Job
We are looking for a data-driven, serious, and disciplined professional to join our team as a Full-Time, Assistant Revenue Manager. This critical role helps ensure optimal financial performance across our portfolio of vacation rental properties. You will develop and execute data-driven pricing strategies, assist with inventory management, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure consistent growth and profitability. Reporting to the Revenue Manager, you will work closely with underwriting, sales, and operations to align strategies while maintaining an unwavering commitment to accuracy, high-quality outcomes, and professionalism. This role is an in-office position located in St. Petersburg, FL, and the Revenue Data Analyst must be able to reliably commute to and work in our St. Petersburg, FL office.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies based on market conditions, demand fluctuations, and competitor performance.
- Assist with inventory management across all booking channels to maximize occupancy and revenue per available rental (RevPAR).
- Develop forecasts and set revenue targets for the short- and long-term, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Analyze booking data, market trends, and competitive benchmarks to identify opportunities for revenue optimization.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to enhance promotional efforts, seasonal pricing strategies, and yield management.
- Monitor and adjust strategies for different property types and markets, ensuring tailored approaches for each segment.
- Manage and report on key performance metrics, such as occupancy rates, average daily rates (ADR), and total revenue.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key external partners, including OTAs, property management systems, and distribution channels.
- Provide proactive pricing recommendations based on market and unit performance data.
- Additional duties as needed.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in data analytics, statistics, economics, computer science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data management software, platforms, pricing tools, or other applicable programs.
- Familiarity with pricing concepts and competitor benchmarking.
- Ability to build pricing reports and dashboards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to learn new software quickly

Physical requirements
