Warehouse Receiving Clerk- Contract-Hire/Full-time - 100% Onsite in Chaska/Chanhassen, MN

We are assisting our client in Chaska/Chanhassen with their Warehouse Receiving Clerk opportunity. In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely receiving, sorting, tracking, and reporting of incoming equipment and packages while supporting inventory and warehouse operations.
Job Details
- Contract-to-Hire, Full-time Opportunity!
- 100% On-Site in Chaska to start; relocating to Chanhassen, anticipated by the end of July this year (2026).
- Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
- Pay: $21–$23/hour (DOE)

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor inbound shipments by running FedEx, UPS, and other carrier reports; distribute updates as needed during daily production meetings
- Receive incoming materials and coordinate movement of freight to Warehouse, Production, or Shipping departments
- Categorize receipts as project-related or company-owned and verify item quantities and part numbers
- Partner with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate flow of high-priority hardware through internal processes
- Research and resolve open order, inventory, and serial number discrepancies
- Audit, document, and reconcile inventory levels using DSO and Microsoft Dynamics
- Assist with inventory, repair activities, and system part number maintenance as needed
- Participate in annual inventory audits and other scheduled audit activities
Minimum Requirements
- Must have at least 2 years of warehouse experience in receiving, inventory handling, and stocking
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; relevant experience may be substituted for education requirements
- Must maintain regular and reliable attendance as an essential function of the position
- Computer proficiency, including the ability to learn and use inventory management, shipping, and business software systems
- Experience operating forklifts, lifts, order pickers, or similar warehouse equipment preferred
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple projects in a changing work environment
- Self-motivated, dependable, and accountable, with strong follow-up, problem-solving, and deadline management skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide quality customer service, maintain safety standards, and work effectively with a variety of personalities and situations
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
