The position partners closely with attorneys to keep cases organized, compliant, and moving forward efficiently. JOB DETAILS:
- Full-time, direct-hire opportunity
- Location: 100% On-Site in Plymouth, MN
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm with flexibility
- Work environment: Professional office setting
- Compensation: $65k to $85k annually

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage litigation files, ensuring accurate organization and document control
- Track court deadlines, service dates, and key case milestones
- Prepare and format routine pleadings, motions, affidavits, and exhibits under attorney's direction
- Coordinate electronic court filings and service of legal documents
- Assemble hearing and trial materials, including exhibits and binders
- Support real estate–related litigation through document preparation and recording submissions
- Maintain accurate time tracking and case documentation
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff to improve workflow efficiency
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Paralegal certificate, associate degree, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent legal experience
- Prior experience supporting civil litigation matters
- Familiarity with court rules, filings, and litigation procedures
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal document management tools
- Professional communication skills and a high level of discretion
