Project Manager - Onsite in Plymouth, MN

THE RIGHT STAFF has partnered with a fast-growing, results-driven energy management company based in Plymouth, MN in their search for an experienced Project Manager to join their high-touch and fast-paced service team.

Our client is a leader in energy management solutions, known for helping organizations reduce energy use, improve sustainability, and cut costs. They foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

The company is experiencing record-breaking growth and is looking to add 1–2 Project Managers immediately to support increasing project volume nationwide.

Essential Job Duties

• Manage multiple turnkey lighting retrofit projects from planning and kickoff through execution, billing, and closeout.
• Coordinate labor crews, subcontractors, vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Oversee project financials, including budgeting, invoicing, profitability, change orders, and final project reconciliation.
• Track project progress, communicate status updates, resolve project challenges, and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Partner with Project Coordinators to support customer communications, project documentation, and closeout activities.
• Review project documentation, manage go-back work, and ensure all project deliverables and administrative requirements are completed accurately and on time.
  
  

Minimum Requirements:

• 5–10 years of project management experience, preferably in construction or multi-site project environments.
• Experience managing multiple projects, vendors, and contractors simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong customer communication, organizational, problem-solving, and project financial management skills.
• Ability to manage project budgets, billing, profitability, and closeout activities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Oracle EBS and Salesforce preferred.
• Lighting, electrical, LED, retail, commercial, industrial, or facilities project experience is a plus.
  
  

Position Benefits, Pay, and Schedule:

• Direct-hire opportunity with a comprehensive benefits package included
• Schedule is Monday to Friday - 8 am to 4:30 pm
• Competitive Pay: $80-95k annual bonus
• Position is 80% onsite in Plymouth, MN (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
