Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Human Resources Generalist to join our team and drive our HR initiatives forward. Duties
- Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including sourcing candidates through conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities such as employee orientation and training programs.
- Support compliance with employment & labor law regulations, OSHA standards, workers’ compensation policies, and affirmative action planning to maintain a safe and equitable workplace environment.
- Facilitate performance management processes by conducting employee evaluations, supporting performance improvement plans, and assisting with succession planning initiatives.
- Handle employee relations issues by mediating conflicts, managing disciplinary actions, and promoting positive communication across teams.
- Lead change management efforts during organizational design projects or HR system implementations.
- Maintain accurate HRIS records.
Skills
- Extensive knowledge of human capital management practices combined with strong understanding of employment & labor law to ensure legal compliance.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruiting strategies, and HR sourcing techniques to attract top talent.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage employees at all levels and facilitate training & development sessions.
- Strong project management skills to coordinate multiple HR initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Ability to manage employee relations with tact and professionalism while handling conflict management situations effectively.
- Organizational design expertise coupled with strategic planning capabilities to support workforce management initiatives. Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour
