This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist based in Worcester, MA. The HR Generalist will ensure the successful execution of HR programs and initiatives. Responsibilities include managing compliance with employment laws, coordinating recruitment and onboarding processes, overseeing employee relations, supporting training and development strategies, maintaining HR records, and assisting in benefit administration. The HR Generalist will also collaborate with various teams to foster a positive workplace culture and support organizational objectives.
- Proficiency in HR processes such as employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and benefits administration
- Ability to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements
- Skills in employee performance management and organizational development
- Effective communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams
- Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and recruitment management systems
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required
- Professional HR certifications such as SHRM or PHR are a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site and contribute to a positive work environment
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is strongly preferred
