Assistant Business Development Director Opportunity:
Full Time, Dayshift
The Ridge Behavioral Health System is a 110-bed hospital located in the heart of the Bluegrass, Lexington, KY. The Ridge provides psychiatric and substance use disorder treatment for children, adolescents, and adults. The Ridge offers Partial Hospitalization, Intensive Outpatient Programs, Individual Counseling, as well as Medication Management for all ages. We have provided behavioral health services to over 92 Kentucky counties for more than 39 years.
Job Duties include:
- Responsible for managing and coordinating the treatment activities offered to the patient, interface with the treatment team/external case managers/managed care organizations, referring professionals and implementation and supervision of the discharge planning.
- Coordinates and tracks all of the admission and continue stay reviews for pre-certifications
- Actively participates in treatment team and works directly with the patient’s in aftercare planning and setting up appointments and facilitates placement referrals for discharge as appropriate

About Universal Health Services:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or other related field. Master of Business Administration or related field is preferred.
- Minimum Associate Degree with 5 years mental health experience required.
- None
- Three to five years of experience in organizational communications, referral development, workshop planning, sales management, and physician relationships required.
- Five to eight years of experience in organizational communications, referral development, workshop planning, sales management, and physician relationships preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
