We are looking for an experienced Reliability Manager to join our team at The Richmond Group USA. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a reliability-centered maintenance program that drives equipment improvements and promotes employee safety.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in preventative maintenance, TPM, equipment reliability, or mechanical integrity programs. A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is highly desired.
You will need to demonstrate a high level of self-discipline, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills to succeed in this position.
