The TRG Growth Team is partnering with a leading manufacturing client to find an Accounting Manager who will play a pivotal role in financial reporting, month-end close, and audit processes. This remote, high-impact leadership position offers direct collaboration with the CFO and Corporate Controller, giving you visibility into financial strategy and key decision-making.

What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive results in a fast-paced setting
- Open to travel 20% to manufacturing sites in the region
