The TRG Manufacturing Search Division seeks a Quality Engineer to join a leading global OEM equipment manufacturer. This newly created role will support growing demand in the data center equipment market. This is a strategic role focused on operational excellence, quality systems development, and helping the plant build a stronger “Voice of Quality” as it continues to scale.
As a Quality Engineer, you will help drive a zero-defect culture across the plant by leading root cause analysis, strengthening control plans and FMEA processes, and improving first-time pass performance. In addition to corrective and preventive actions, you will support APQP implementation and help develop quality systems that prevent issues before they reach the customer. This role will work closely with production, engineering, suppliers, and European corporate teams to improve traceability, supplier quality, and process capability in a fast-paced engineered-to-order manufacturing environment.

Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science; Metallurgy, Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related background preferred
- 3 years of quality engineering experience in manufacturing
- Hands-on experience with root cause analysis, CAPA, control plans, FMEA, and process improvement
- APQP and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt experience preferred
- Strong data skills with the ability to work across teams and turn findings into action
