The TRG Growth Practice is engaged with a growing global manufacturer seeking a Corporate Quality Improvement Engineer to lead quality problem solving strategy and continuous improvement tool usage across two high impact sites both located near their midwestern hub. This is a high-impact role within a growing division that will provide a tremendous amount of upside and growth within the business!
This opportunity sits within a business unit currently experiencing significant growth and investment, and the team is looking for someone who naturally gravitates toward root cause analysis, continuous improvement, and partnering cross-functionally to improve how things operate long-term.
Partner with site leadership to drive continuous improvement, standardization, and best practices.
Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- 3 years of relevant manufacturing experience preferred
- Manufacturing experience within quality, engineering, operations, CI, or related environments
- Strong problem-solving mindset and natural curiosity
- Structured Problem-Solving experience (8D, DMAIC, Kaizen, PDCA, etc)
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions
- Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering a plus)
