What You’ll Do:
- Lead the full lifecycle of capital improvement projects—from scoping and budgeting to execution, testing, and closeout.
- Develop project objectives, schedules, procedures, and standards aligned with corporate requirements.
- Oversee contractors, vendors, and engineering partners to ensure timelines, deliverables, and safety expectations are met.
- Prepare progress updates on construction activities and coordinate labor, equipment, and material needs.
- Ensure quality control, compliance, and documentation standards are met throughout each project.
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Engineering and cross-functional teams to drive strategic improvements across the facility.
- Monitor cost, schedule, and performance metrics while proactively identifying risks or constraints.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 10 years of experience in project management, project engineering, or project planning within an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Experience overseeing capital projects, construction activities, and contractor coordination.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with scheduling, budgeting, and project management software; CMMS/ERP experience preferred.
- Experience with 3D modeling platforms and industrial process–based design (a plus).
- PMP certification or progress toward PE licensure is a bonus.
