What You’ll Do:
- Plan, schedule, and oversee mechanical projects from start to finish.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, quality, and safety requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and supervise contractors and vendors to meet project goals.
- Provide technical guidance and mentor team members.
- Monitor budgets, timelines, and deliverables while driving continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 3 years of experience in a Project Engineering role.
- Experience in a mill environment (paper or raw material processing)
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Spanish fluency preferred
