As a Verification and Product Activation Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Vetting of customers who have completed the annual Company Verification process: Ensuring that the company has a valid license for their industry and that it is uploaded into our system.
- Account name changes or ownership changes: Ensuring ADD account agreements and user forms are properly completed.
- Reviewing completed account activations for new customers - ensure paperwork is complete, accurate and all documentation has been submitted and uploaded.
- Reviewing state forms for accuracy before giving access.
- Transition Title Companies and Private Investigators to the new customer identification system, and ensure these customers maintain compliance each year as part of the annual verification process.
- Assist lienholder customers with ELT lien concerns, process requirements and individual state account access.
- Offer in-house training and support to ELT customers.
- Handle all ELT issues.
- Interact with technical and field support staff to help resolve system issues or offer/test improvements.
- Interact with state and local government offices to assist customers with title lien concerns.
- Assisting customers with the company website
- Answering customer calls and emails
- Any other duties assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Adobe and navigating the web
- Excellent communication skills. Must be clear and articulate on the phone
- Ability to multitask
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to understand state laws and requirements
- Positive attitude and team approach to work
- Must be a self-starter
