Position Description

*In office position working Monday-Friday 8am-5pm*

Responsibilities

TSD Mobility Solutions, Inc., an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds, is looking for a Sales Operator to join our growing team. As a Sales Operator you will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and submitting sales proposals for potential customers and corporate contracts. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Provide support to our sales representatives with their day-to-day responsibilities
• Process sales orders received directly from customers or partners
• Provide daily follow-up and status to the sales team on new customer orders
• Manage reporting for sales metrics
• Operate our CRM system and various customer pricing models
• Develop and maintain regular reports via the company’s accounting system and excel

Requirements

• Must have 1 years of office administrative experience required
• HubSpot experience required
• Proficient in MS Office products
• Experience managing executive calendars preferred
• College Degree preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
