Canton-Production Coordinator - Kids and Students

Position Summary: This role oversees the RevKids and RevStudents Production Teams (and associated AVL and technology) at the Canton Campus.

Essential Functions:

• Recruits, trains, and develops RevKids and RevStudents Production Team members.
• Oversees and maintains all audio, video, lighting, and production communication systems and production areas (Kids and Students).
• Oversees supplies and equipment budgets for Kids and Students production.
• In coordination with ministry leaders, oversees the execution of all major event pre-production (lighting programming, building ProPresenter, production scheduling in Planning Center, or any other technical items needed for events or gatherings).
• Serves regularly in all events for kids/student gatherings and special events.
• Leads Kids and Student gatherings' technical setup and teardown, if necessary.
• Attends staff, departmental meetings, and safety and health training, as required, on time.
• Works when scheduled and complies with the company's attendance policy.
• Observe and practice all safety procedures and policies.
• Position may require some travel.
• Participates in training as directed.
• Other duties as assigned.
