Role Description
The Business Office Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Goshen, IN. The role involves overseeing office operations and administrative tasks to ensure organizational efficiency. Responsibilities include managing office procedures, utilizing office equipment, maintaining records, and promoting excellent customer service. The Business Office Manager will also collaborate with team members to provide seamless administrative support and contribute to the smooth functioning of the care environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including the ability to effectively interact with staff, residents, and families.
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration, including organizing records and managing office systems.
- Experience with Office Equipment, such as copiers, computers, and other standard office tools.
