Venue Manager - Event Sales & Operations

A growing, multi-use event space in Brevard, NC, is seeking an experienced Venue Manager to own revenue performance and event execution. This is an autonomous, hands-on leadership role responsible for both driving event revenue and ensuring flawless on-site delivery across weddings, private parties, corporate functions, and community programming.

This position is ideal for a high-performing hospitality professional currently operating in:

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Revenue: Own venue financial performance through active event sales, client tours, proposals, and booking conversion.
• End-to-End Coordination: Manage the full lifecycle of events from initial inquiry through execution, including vendor and catering logistics.
• On-Site Execution: Oversee live execution of events to ensure a seamless, high-quality guest experience.
• Operations Management: Handle scheduling, space utilization, and the overall operational readiness of the venue.
• Client Relations: Maintain strong post-event relationships to drive repeat bookings and referral business.
