Key Responsibilities
Operations & Shift Leadership
- Lead daily shifts and ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Supervise and support hourly team members throughout service
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Maintain strong food quality, cleanliness, and hospitality standards
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety, and sanitation standards
- Support efficient service execution during high-volume periods
Team Leadership & Development
- Coach and motivate team members during shifts
- Help create a positive, family-oriented work environment
- Assist with training and onboarding new employees
- Promote accountability, teamwork, and operational consistency
Guest Experience
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally
- Maintain a welcoming and guest-focused dining environment
- Ensure team members uphold hospitality standards at all times
Financial & Administrative Support
- Handle basic cash management responsibilities
- Support labor management and shift productivity
- Assist with maintaining accurate operational procedures and standards
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred

Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Pay: Starting at $17.50/hour
- Annual Bonus Potential: Up to $3,000
- Total Estimated Compensation: Approximately $36,000–$50,000 annually
