Operating Partner | Restaurant General Manager

We're searching for an experienced operator to lead the transformation of an established waterfront restaurant into one of the area's premier dining destinations.

What You'll Do

• Lead all front and back of house operations with a hands-on approach.
• Build strong operating systems, training programs, and service standards.
• Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing management team and hourly staff.
• Create a culture built on accountability, teamwork, and hospitality.
• Partner with the culinary team to deliver a fresh, seasonal dining experience.
• Drive sales while managing labor, food cost, and overall profitability.
• Improve operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, and team performance.
• Analyze business results and implement strategies that support long term growth.
• Ensure exceptional food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety standards every day.

What We're Looking For

• At least 5 years of leadership experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
• Proven success managing both front and back of house operations.
• Strong understanding of profit and loss management, budgeting, labor planning, and food cost controls.
• Experience improving restaurant performance through leadership, coaching, and operational excellence.
• Appreciation for scratch kitchens, seasonal menus, and elevated casual dining.
• A leader who enjoys solving problems, building teams, and taking ownership of the business.
• Stable career history with a track record of delivering results.
