We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support our operations throughout the Pacific Northwest. The ideal candidate selected for this role will maintain that success by strengthening leadership capability, driving employee engagement, and scaling long-term talent pipelines.

What We Seek:
- Experience: 5 years of progressive Field HRBP or Regional HR Manager experience strictly within the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) sector. (Candidates without prior QSR background will not be considered.)
- Workforce Scale: Demonstrated success supporting a large, high-turnover hourly workforce across a wide geographic footprint.
- Employment Law: Strong working knowledge of Washington state labor compliance; exposure to British Columbia/Canadian employment standards is highly preferred.
- Influence: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build trust and influence operational leaders without direct authority.
