Line Cook- Asian Cuisine Experience Full or Part time

We are seeking a Line Cook with Asian cuisine experience to join a small, collaborative kitchen team focused on Vietnamese cuisine. The role will prepare dishes using woks and burners while following recipes and maintaining high standards for food safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Vietnamese cuisine dishes according to established recipes.
• Operate woks and burners safely and effectively.
• Apply knife skills to prepare ingredients efficiently.
• Prepare and use Asian sauces as directed.
• Follow recipes and portion standards consistently.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation practices.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team during service.
